CANCELLATION POLICY
Curls By Kirsten Policy for Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and No-Shows To maintain fairness and provide the best service for all clients, the following policies apply: Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Late cancellations or rescheduling will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost. If you cancel due to illness, you will only be eligible to rebook your appointment at least two weeks after the original date to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients. No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time to receive your full service and respect other clients’ appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. In this case, the 50% cancellation fee will apply.
